DiziTools Refund Policy

We made the entire site available to inexperienced bloggers, marketers, designers, and developers who couldn't afford premium tools. We are always dedicated to providing the best services and maintaining a high level of uptime while remaining within your budget.

Refund Conditions

If our tools do not work for more than two days, we will refund your money (Only in Rare Cases).

We won't provide refund if you upgrade from small pack to big pack. If you wish to upgrade your plan please contact us through live chat or email (Upgrades are given within one day of purchase only).

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund according to our policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team through live chat or email with your order details.
  2. Clearly explain the issue you've experienced with our tools.
  3. Our team will verify the reported issue and check the system logs to confirm the downtime.
  4. If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
  5. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Additional Refund Information

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all our SEO tools and services. Occasional planned maintenance or brief service interruptions may occur, but these are not considered as part of the "more than two days" downtime criterion for refunds.

DiziTools reserves the right to deny refund requests if:

  • The reported issues cannot be verified or reproduced by our technical team.
  • The service downtime was caused by factors outside of our control (force majeure).
  • The user has violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • The user has made multiple refund requests within a short period.
